They do this every year - and every year it gets denied by whatever network is showing the superbowl. Just like the Ben & Jerry's thing and countless other actions, it's part of their shock &awe PR campaign.
Seriously, how is it different than that Victoria's Secret show that was aired a few weeks ago? And I don't think "exploitate" is a real word (the guy that was "highly offended" by the ad used it).
