AFAIK, they've been working together more in the last few years. I think there are lots of programs in place where SK has tried to give an olive branch.

You never know with NK. More detailed reporting from Japan, describes a 50+ Chinese medical team that didnt arrive quick enough, so a NK doctor trained in china attempted to put a stent in.
@Toshi the article posits a normal stent insertion should take one minute, due to Kim's obesity it apparently took eight minutes (are these realistic numbers?)

Even if he has not died, he has only been in public twice this year Jan 25 and Feb 16, and missed the Day of Sun ceremony on 4/15. (Granpa's bday and NK Founding day) Highly unusual for him to be absent.

In this light maybe NK kicking out all the foreign embassy staff in early April had nothing to do with corona.
