First year Hayes Disc on the front....Shimano DX V-brake rear
Cook Bros E-crank with a 46T ring, held on by the original Mr. Dirt Guide
IRC Missle Tires in a massive 2.35" HUGE at the time.......
the NEW Sun mammoth rim on the front
A Spin rear wheel ( that i snapped at the first race i used it at)
and the first year of a DH clipless pedal- and still the best one they've made the 636

There might be some "custom" bikes floating around. I had a one off Storm H2 what had a different Geo than the stock bikes, My Chumba mamba is not a stock geo. It's possible to get them.
