Work dinner.
Green beans pan sauté in butter, onion, turkey bacon, S&P. Crisped potato gnocchi. Over easy eggs done in butter & chile crunch.

Leftover tandoori cauliflower with egg, mayo, cilantro breakfast taco.

mmmn ground Buffalo mixed with a butter saute of diced baby bella mushrooms and fresh crushed garlic formed in to a patty and pan fried then covered with melted Toma Truffle cheese served in a lettuce wrap with sliced tomato's. Ruth added Dejon Mustard and I opted for sweet baby Rays BBQ sauce. so tasty

Habaneros, Teriyaki sauce.

No pics, but I got some Korean fried chicken last night. $$$ but good stuff.

More importantly, this place made some sort of rice cake and white garlic sauce concoction, which was amazing.

Their hot sauce wasn't very hot, though.

Mashed potatoes with parmesan, fontina, and gruyere. Red bell pepper and zucchini chile crunch sauté. Broccoli and red onion roasted with S&P, EVOO.

Roast chx bành mi. Not skimpy in size, veggies, pate, or chiles. On a Portuguese roll vs. French baguette. Not better or worse, just different. Delicious. Don't give any shit about "authentic" - was made by a real live Vietnamese person and is therefore legit.

Also brought home 32oz. of pickled daikon and carrot that he gave me.

A "classic" one is on tap for later...
