Finished product, a little hotter and funkier than real Tabasco sauce. I have another batch brewing and enough peppers still ripening on the plant for a third batch

Actually it depends on temperatures, but I'd say end of October. This year for example we still have 20-25°C days here. So everything is still green.
Climate change is easily noticeable, as there is not really much fall left (timewise) to be honest. Not complaining though. Perfect weather for being active at the moment.
From my sister's garden, 1st November 2015. I just sharpened the pictures a little. No other editing. We are fvcking spoiled.
