Oh, you'd be surprised! Lots of northern rural places have this going on. Have experienced in northern michigan for example... and of course, in quebec.
First how do they pound the Pork Chops so thin and still keep them juicy? The rice is so nutty and tasty. Kontatsu is one of my favorites.
