I have never been able to peel a picture from Facebook on my IPad without doing a screenshot. If I do it with the picture taking up the whole screen, RM rejects the file as too large. But when I do it like this, it works.

On the pro it’s volume up + power button. So probably volume up + Touch ID button on the other ones.
Another intuitive apple interface
At least on the Pro, those buttons are right next to each other and the move really is intuitive. Of course you also have the option of just swiping up with your proprietary Apple Pencil™.
