Just for shits, I looked up the triple decker I grew up in....I think my parents sold the house to my uncle for just over $100k sometime around '95-'96.....they have since been renovated and rented out and the rates are staggering

My Grandpa lived at 255 Webster after we moved from Clark in the Northend.
