MOAR blow off sound? srsly what can be gained from 4 turbos that can't be in one?
moment of inertia is much lower in 4 small turbos, than 1 huge ass turbo. thus less lag (in theory, and asumming all other variables have been optimally engineered).
still, a variable geometry turbo could be a more elegant solution.

true. bmw has seem to nearly perfect the multi turbo setup with their bi-turbos and now even their tri-turbos.
