We had a course set up like this a few years ago at my work's weekly cross race.
How did it work as a course feature? I set up the courses for a few races this fall, I would like to use this next year, but only if it worked and was cool...
It was a ton of fun heckling each other as we went round and round. Below is one of the tamer courses that we had.
Needs a much larger tract of dirt to lay that thing out. Toss in a few actual hard packed berms and you'd be set.
