Didn't someone in vegas pull some stunt like this before? "Pigeons with hats" seems very deja-vu to me.

Yep: The performance appears to have been inspired by a prank last year involving several pigeons wearing cowboy hats, also in Las Vegas, which triggered copycats in Reno, Nevada, where pigeons were found roaming the streets in sombreros.LOL.

Mariah Hillman, co-founder of Lofty Hopes, a pigeon rescue, told CNN it looks like the tiny accessories were glued to the animals.
She must be losing her mind over this.
Everyone has to have a hobby, I guess. Some people are really into animal welfare, some people give pigeons hats.
