Tombstone Brawlers (awesome version of Folsom Prison Blues), Rudi Protrudi, Corb Lund Band (Modern Pain), Dash Rip Rock (Hee Haw Hell), Truckstop Honeymoon, Crash Justice are others. You should be able to hear some of their songs on CD Baby.Com.
and of course Johnny FVCKIN' Cash who may or may not be country in the vein of what you are looking for but everyone should listen to Johnny Cash.
