As pale as I am being a blonde, no, no I didn't.
The latest I ever rode out there was mid June, I think it was 108 when we turned south off the highway, got in just in time for a wicked rainstorm and cooling. I don’t think it got above low 80s the rest of the trip.
last year we we’re driving down to Durango from here, Rolled into Klondike at about 11:00 pm (maybe 70 degrees), got up at dawn, (60 degrees) rode the bluffs for two hours, and jetted. By the time we rolled through town at about 11:00 am, it was over 100. We didn’t stop until we were well above 7k near Mancos.
