this was sent 2 minutes ago from the SolVista Trail crew - NEW DH track for one of the G3 rounds...Buck Nasty. Also, you may want to bring a chain tool for some weird reason. Best to have one, just in case.

memorize the trails for your runs early via trail tour videos...nico would do it:

Somebody still thinkin' about all those wheels you had to re-true at Durango?
Stikman wheels did not need repairing...they lasted forever.

Hey Spomer, I was checking out the solvista site, I do not see a video of this new buck nasty trail....am I blind or is there not a vid?

bucky nasty is being finished this week. it's an "expert" only trail with rocks, big jumps and speedy sections. all the jumps will have go-arounds, but it's gonna be rough & fast...a true downhill track in the traditional sense.

snowskilz, i think buck nasty will make up for drifter not being in the mix.

So really this race is going to be the first time it has been used? Sick!

ok n00b question time but I gotta know........ where is sol vista?
15 miles north of Winter Park. They started last summer with 4 trails and they're up to 8 now, a few beginner trails and several mid and expert level. They have some of the best put together trails for DH racing around (although my favorite this year has been Snowmass). They also have Whistler type bike lifts.

final bikepark/worca phat wednesday goes tomorrow night, chainless a-line, yearly tradition! chainless rules, prove your skills, not your pedaling skills, mine are probably lacking!

I seem to remember all 130lbs of Ryan Sutton winning the chainless at final D a few years back. The weight thing is overrated.

I love chainless, lets do all three races that way!!!
Hey, I'm with you Buell. I'm not driving 16 hours to bitch and moan about physics. Full grips for the win!

Chainless is my forte!!! I do carry some momentum, so that helps! Ryan Sutton is just plan fast, no other explanation for that, I like to believe it helps just a wee bit!
