I am now happy I subscribed to this thread.
True, but I believe corporate comic book writers work every day of the week.syadasti said:Tomorrow is Sunday.
That wasn't a commendation, just pointing out that most of MisterClean's threads are somewhat useless, I'm not a big fan of having to click a link and go to an entirly different site to figure out WTF is the point of posting a particular image. I still don't care about those Moab shots, but moss is hardcore.syadasti said:Thanks for what?
Blue and Maxyedor commended you for your usual chest thumping.
I posted no personal photography, thats a user's photo.
That's fresh, especially considering that Noel is about the ride.syadasti said:I personally know Noel but I've never ridden with him
Pete, the first image worked when coppied etc. but the 2nd and 3rd didn'tjustsomeguy said:Is it really that hard to copy URLs into your address bar? The internets is really hard and stuff.
"less rear brake"? That's hilarious.
are you drunk? cause your typing is slurred!maxyedor said:Um dude you're behind a keuboard too. Both of you use fake names on RM. So both of ou need to shut up with your macho crap. In's Blue's defense he atleast posts explanations with most of his pictures, I shouldn't need to relly on JSG to figure out what the point of your posts are.
Yeah for some reason this dude was following me around back then I guess?MisterClean said:That's fresh, especially considering that Noel is about the ride.
If you hit the quote button then you can get the whole URL.brungeman said:Pete, the first image worked when coppied etc. but the 2nd and 3rd didn't
thanks Wumpus! I'll check them out when I get a minute.Wumpus said:If you hit the quote button then you can get the whole URL.
Noel, thanks for poppin in, nice bikes by the way! always good to see people having fun and pushin the envelope (riding and building bikes)knollybikes.com said:Can we not have an e-bitch-slap fight here?
The first pic was just from a slick rock drainage on the Ribbon trail in Grand Junction. It's not super difficult or anything - I was just playing around on it, trying to nose wheelie down it (which was kind of tricky because the "apparently smooth" slickrock is more steplike than it appears in the pics).
Personally, I have nothing to prove about my riding skills and don't make claims of being "an amazing rider" or anything like that.
If anyone wants to check out what kind of things we ride locally, please check out the "steeeeeeeeeep" thread below from MTBR.

Oh - Mr C and JSG - thanks for posting the pics and the vid - was wondering how to find those!
Syadiasti = J.M. or Taz? Nice to hear from you!
Cheers!
Noel Buckley
No worries on the reply and thanks for the compliments! I wish I could say that building bikes is always a lot of fun, but like most businesses it's a hell of a lot of work and often very stressful.brungeman said:Noel, thanks for poppin in, nice bikes by the way! always good to see people having fun and pushin the envelope (riding and building bikes)
Yeah, I'm pretty sad for riding my bikes on the trails and meeting people there instead of wandering around trade shows and namedropping afterwards.syadasti said:You two are pretty sad really...
First its I don't know Noel. Then its NJ sucks cause you've never ridden there. Now you are trying to say you are the only person who rides their bike on RM? What's the next comment from the insecure crowdMisterClean said:Yeah, I'm pretty sad for riding my bikes on the trails and meeting people there instead of wandering around trade shows and namedropping afterwards.
Your assumptions are riotous, but this one is especially funny. Do you want me to do some NJ trail namedropping for you now? I will if it will make you feel better. I could also say that I personally know some NJ trails as well.syadasti said:Then its NJ sucks cause you've never ridden there.
I never claimed to know Noel, I only posted a photo of him. Besides, it's always 3rd Grade, not 5th.OGRipper said:But take your arguing over who is Noel's bestest friend back to 5th grade. It's embarrasing.
Is it one of the ones west of the trail up near the top? Looks like fun. Might have to go do some exploring next fall when we're out there.knollybikes.com said:<snip>

It's refreshing that you can remain so utterly confused for this long.syadasti said:-Pete dropped Noel's name and threw insults for offering non Pete approved photos and trails.
No, it's the normal trail route, right after you exit the first big slab.SkaredShtles said:Is it one of the ones west of the trail up near the top?
Sweet. I'll have to give it a look next time. Looks like a fun little playground.justsomeguy said:No, it's the normal trail route, right after you exit the first big slab.

Get out here, man! We do a family trip twice a year out to Fruita. Good times............brungeman said:
that does look saweet. although I haven't been out there yet, the photos I have seen from Manhattanprjkts trip makes me salivate. It is pretty hard to get away from teaching at the right time of year to get out there before it heats up too much. but someday I may just bail on family obligations on one of our extended breaks and jump on a plane to check it out.
I'm laughing my a$$ off right now. You are hilarious!syadasti said:The only assumption I've made is that clean and pete are buddies.
I didn't click or mouse over the photo because most people don't normally link their photos so I didn't know it was about Knolly and thus automatically from pete's view, Noel, until pete dropped his name later and I reviewed his video his was touting must have seen without downloading it.
So to review:
-Pete dropped Noel's name and threw insults for offering non Pete approved photos and trails.
-Clean insulted NJ cause he doesn't know any better then said "Noel is about the ride" and later says he doesn't know Noel.
-Clean claims he's the only person who get out and rides on RM.
