Why would you not blame them for that? Can you run the stem WITHOUT the bolts? No, so what's the point? If they insist on showing that to scam people into thinking it's lighter than it really is, they should at least have some small print saying what the weight includes

I'm running the new 08 FUNN RSX Ti which weighs an honest 185g with all the bolts. Still not as light as the Sunline though, but I don't like the sharp edges or colour on the Sunline.

You'd be surprised. Nothing is foolproof, especially on stems with poor tolerances.
