Tonight's stir fry had 3 diced Habaneros and a 1/4 teaspoon of powdered Scorpion Chili.. it was spicy but not too hot

A less effective way to deal with cramps is Wok it out.

It's still more effective at describing chili pepper heat than most trail markers are at describing level of difficulty. If you see women in sandals with accessory dogs on the trail, then theres's a good chance that black diamond was not legit. But if you're at the store and see a new hot sauce with a rating of 1 million Scoville units, you know damn sure it's going to be hot.
