I'd bet money Stone gets indicted before Jr. does. I mean, Jr. has it coming, but that seems like an end game indictment.

Pardon only works on federal charges. Manafort would also be compelled to testify on anything related to the pardon afterwards. Refusing would set him up for other charges.
I am not sure which is less reliable, Abramson's predictions or his twitter site.
