i remember when those were brand new.
My original Proflex 550 predated the Girvin fork. It had a Girvin Flexstem instead, and both front and rear were thus "suspended" by entirely undamped little elastomer pucks.

When they released their fancy microcellular elastomer setup I hacked together a retrofit for mine.

Whaddya know, another tepid review.

As wonky as they are, I feel like they could gain a serious foothold in the fatbike niche market. The design looks like it would lend itself well for it. There are no real good options for forks there, you either go dinky Bluto or giant 6+lbs Mastedon, but I think any of the shortcomings of the linkage would be easily surpassed and it would be a lot better than the options that currently exist.

I'm going to find a way to ride a FS fatbike that isn't a bucksaw with a bluto.

well that was fairly non-complimentary. reviewer seems to know his shit / rides with reasonable pace, so feels somewhat legit. (the rear wheel landing slo-mo looked positively harsh). given the number of promotions trust has been pushing (aggressive sales, trade-ins, financing, etc), it's feeling like they're teetering on the brink of sustainable viability. or rather, most likely hemorrhaging. methinks a v2 that addresses the criticisms will be needed to keep things afloat.

with there marketing that says the consumer sucks and trust is god? I think they would double down on there crap. Cut off the nose to spite the face type thingy, with the trust team it seems.
