it will be available for you for the first Platty raceLet me reiterate, if someone provides me a gorilla suit, I will race in it.
those are pretty sweet, actually. assuming they're using some sort of technical fabric:Although is reasoning may be off point, it's pretty sweet to win a gold medal in your favorite pair of Levi's.
Thought the course was terribly slow.....the racing was good but had the look of being slow on TV.....too many slow jumps.....Proving yet again that it is, pound for pound, the most entertaining sport at these Games
hellz yea!!!!it will be available for you for the first Platty race
I thought the course was great. Lots of tech jumps to mess up the flow. It made for lots of passes all the way down the course.Thought the course was terribly slow.....the racing was good but had the look of being slow on TV.....too many slow jumps.....
nice try jerk. I missed part of last season because I had to come up with 2 grand on short notice so I could put a security deposit on a new apartmenthe won't show at platty
Good point.I thought the course was great. Lots of tech jumps to mess up the flow. It made for lots of passes all the way down the course.
keep in mind, they were racing on snow that had been airlifted in from another mountain, and piled on top of wooden structures and hay bales.Good point.
Could see the aspect of it.....just thought there were a few too many of those sections...
yeah.....maybe if the course was mostly froozen it would have been warp speed.....the snow did look loose and grainy, viewing from the couch......keep in mind, they were racing on snow that had been airlifted in from another mountain, and piled on top of wooden structures and hay bales.
it looked pretty bumpy too. probably a result of uneven packing and settling of snow, and lack of machine grooming.yeah.....maybe if the course was mostly froozen it would have been warp speed.....the snow did look loose and grainy, viewing from the couch......
Yeah, the berms were gnarly. Half the wrecks were a result of getting crossed up on the chatter in the corners.it looked pretty bumpy too. probably a result of uneven packing and settling of snow, and lack of machine grooming.
http://www.gaygames.net/What kind of racers spend there time worrying about how tight the other guy's pants are?

p.s.- why is this in the DH forum?
My point. You missed it.Is this a race or a gay fashion show? Just as ridiculous as the UCI DH no skin suit rule.
Sir, do you know you are posting on ridemonkey? What kind of racers spend there time worrying about how tight the other guy's pants are?
gosh
I was wondering that last night when it came on. Turns out he didn't make the team: http://www.palmerproject.com/news-reviews/news-reviews/us-olympic-team-palmer-misses-the-cut/58075b258c/?tx_ttnews[backPid]=1I'm way out of it obviously- but where is Palm? He didn't make the team? Injured groin from pant testing?

I didn't read the Holland comment as busting on the tight jeans. I read it on their reason for going to tight jeans wasn't to swing a fashion trend, but to gain time. I don't get it. If Steve Peat busts out a "skin suit wearing faggots", everyone is on board and chuckling. Why aren't we laughing that Holland did the same thing?I was wondering that last night when it came on. Yeah, tight pants sure are ridiculous.'man, I'm sorry, I'm changing, these are ridiculous.' He knows where the soul of the sport should stay.
Some of us are.If Steve Peat busts out a "skin suit wearing faggots", everyone is on board and chuckling. Why aren't we laughing that Holland did the same thing?!
NoHe should have stepped aside and let Napalm take it.
My favorite though was the US snowboarder complaining about how the tight pants took away from the anti-establishment crap of snowboarding when the team is sponsored by Nike, Microsoft, etc....
