man i saw some real disasters when i was house shopping.Good day to you sirs!
Toured a house today that was comically overpriced ($270K) and in comically bad shape. Yet they have 3 offers.
This is the studio space attached to the barn that the listing claims just needs a little work and you could turn it into a rental space.

No no no no nononono.present. if its gonna be cold, it needs to snow.
Krikey. We've seen some gems as well. Toured a "Fixer-upper" where it was clear someone had missed the toilet and explosive shit/pissed on the wall. House was dank, needed a new roof, windows, siding, ans a full interior gut, plus had a sketchy water filled concrete vessel buried in the backyard that had a cracked lid one could fall through. Was it a septic tank? Seller had no idea.man i saw some real disasters when i was house shopping.
i saw one that was a near full gut job, i believe it had been a foreclosure. previous owner i'm assuming had a gambling problem (i saw multiple cards etc for casinos) which likely contributed. he was a vindictive asshole too. left the basement windows open before he left (i think he just abandoned? my agent didn't have the full story) so that the sump stopped working once the power was shut off. the black mold in the basement was so bad you had to wear a respirator (which conveniently the bank selling it left a box of on the kitchen counter).
Kudos btw, for the Handup glove recommendation. Wore them last weekend when starting temps were near 40 and I ended up having to swap em out because they were so toasty. Should be great when things get colder. No no no no nononono.
Frozen dirt riding is the fahstahst riding around these parts. Snow can wait a week or six.
100% Brisker gloves are good for 35-45F, the Handup ColdERs are great between 25-35F.Kudos btw, for the Handup glove recommendation. Wore them last weekend when starting temps were near 40 and I ended up having to swap em out because they were so toasty. Should be great when things get colder.
Are the thumbs on those ColdER gloves covered in the same material as the fingers? The Briskers have thinner material on the thumb for some reason, which is one thing I don't like. One wipe of sweat and your thumb will freeze.100% Brisker gloves are good for 35-45F, the Handup ColdERs are great between 25-35F.
i've ridden my briskers below freezing. not but much, but i have. i use temp ratings as a guideline moreso than anything.100% Brisker gloves are good for 35-45F, the Handup ColdERs are great between 25-35F.
I do not wish to envision jK riding his gloves, insulated or not.i've ridden my briskers below freezing. not but much, but i have. i use temp ratings as a guideline moreso than anything.

its an acronym: the Mystery Chemical Rib SandwichThe wife decided we had to try a McRib for lunch. I can honestly say it was worse than I had imagined. How you can soak something in bbq sauce and still have it paper towel dry is amazing.
I will not miss it when it's gone.
I thought it was supposed to be a pork based product, I did not get any sense of pork. At least it was wicked messy to eat, that was an unsung bonus.its an acronym: the Mystery Chemical Rib Sandwich
