What Made You Pick Your Avatar?

My avatar definitley looks like me the next morning. Bloodshot eyes, tounge dry as hell, need coffee bad, just don't wanna get up.
If you've seen that episode of Home Movies, you know.
And I used to race like that. And did fairly well. I only raced sport though.
Here's a good story. Every once in a while, I do an xc race just to piss off the xc'ers. I usually come in DFL, but that's besides the point.
I decide to this race South of Atlanta. I was at one of best freinds house warming party all night, got drunk as hell. Told everyone I was going to race the next day. They were all "No way! you're soo wasted!"
I wake up at noon the next day. My start is at 2:30. I leave at 1:00. Do an hour and a half drive in 60 mins. I litterally pull in the parking lot sideways. Sign up, and do the race.
ON THE STARTING LINE...Jeffd says - "Damn, someone smells like a brewery!"
I go "shut up, it's me!" We have a laugh and do the race.

Not too shabby.
A lot of them had a short shelf life and I go through phases where I switch them out rapidly.
I didn't even include the animated ones...

I still can't figure out how to take an image and turn it into an avatar so I steal mine from various other boards. This current one came from some herbal board.
Occasionally somone here will make one that everyone gets into like the pigs or the Biker N 8's (Lawd that was funny.) and I'll have that. Mostly it all depends on what I can steal from other web boards.
