All right, I need to shave some weight, so I'm lokking for a new XC saddle with Ti rails. I know that saddle fit/comfort are really personal preference but I'd like to know what everyone is riding. Suggestions?
I second that. I have an SLR on both my roadie and XC bike.ilikebikes444 said:OH man! you gotta get the selle italia SLR ti saddle...although this seat looks uncomfortable it is a killer saddle! it just forms to your a** and you never notice it! and it averages on like 135 grams!
i will never ride another saddle again!

How are the flite gels, comfy? I've been riding a trans am for a couple of years, but it seems all I can find these days are the gels.the Inbred said:i have a white Selle Italia Flite Gel with Ti rails that i'll let go for like $30.

I had the good fortune of having a doctor who bikes. I went in 2 years ago with some pain/tingling/numbness issues. He recommended the saddle and it fixed everything.McGRP01 said:Or at least a "love channel"!!
Cool, thanks Dustin! Paypal will be sent tonight.the Inbred said:McGRP01, i'm having PM issues. keeps telling me i can't send for 60 seconds, even though it's been 6 minutes.

Darkreaper said:Might I throw in a suggestion for an I-beam and Bel Air. Lighter than almost any other seatpost/saddle combo
yup..I've used SDG Satellite (Rail), I-Fly and I-Fly C.Darkreaper said:DId you try any other SDG saddles? I'm finding the Grand Prix very uncomfortable, the edges are too firm and dig in
oldfart said:I would avoid the road specific saddles like the Flite simply because their pointee noses snag shorts in the crotchal area way too easily.
