Yeah at 5'*' the MD should be perfect. It has steel bead 2.5 Maxxis on it and with a 450LBS steel spring it was 40LBS.
A ti spring and Kevlar front tire should get you low 39's
I can package the bike up pretty well I it would probably need a LG box but may be able to wrap it all up into the smaller box version.
I could meet her somewhere in California to hand it off and collect cash if she can do it. I live in San Luis Obispo its in the middle of SF and LA so middle of state almost.
We are in hospital now my wife is giving birth today but I will check this on and off you can also email me at
I'm not sure if 2013 and 2014 G2 frames have significant differences. Nothing major anyway I think so it's OK from that point of view. I'm living in Finland but I have a friend living in California who is coming back to Finland for a visit. I'm trying to get her to transport the bike for me, but it's still a work in progress I'm 174cm tall which is 5 feet 8½ inches according to Google so M-sized frame should be perfect.
I built the bike to have a MD and LG to show people it turned out the only person that rode the bike was me 3 times and a local guy we were looking to sponsor. It literally has only been ridden 6 times. There are still the little stems on the tires. My LG blue one got all the riding it was sent to magazines and a few Pros to try out so it has been ridden alot more.
I built the bike in 8/2013 so all the parts are 2013 not sure anything has changed on them in the last year I know the fork has not. Where do you live? How tall are you?
Hi, I saw the Zerode G2 Zee build on eBay and got instantly interested in the offer. I did some research and saw this same bike here on Ridemonkey and on Gravity Pirates. Has this build been for sale from January (GP) and if so is the frame and parts 2014 or 2013 model? Has such a sweet bike been ridden only for 6 times only until now?
Hey Seth, I ordered the bike from Sports-Aux-Puces. They are located in Saint Hubert, Quebec. I found the bike for sale on pinkbike and used PayPal to pay for it. UPS just dropped it off and that was that. He had it listed for 2000 on pinkbike and i paid 2100 which included shipping. I doubt he ate the duty tax so i don't think there was one. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

Don't have serial numbers- both frames were not production bikes(one was a color sample for next year and the other was a test sample. Keep and eye out for enve wheels with just 2 stickers on the rims and silver sharpie writing and 35 mm Santa Cruz carbon handlebars (these wouldn't be on anything else). I really appreciate your help!
Hey Dave,
I had a question about one of your systems. Can you send me a mail at ben dot walker at scott-sports dot com please?
