Super early for Saturday is something like 5:30 at the trailhead (noting that sunrise is around 6). I want to be back in western Kansas/Stapleton around 9 and you're aware of the pace at which I ascend... You could meet me at the bench around 6:45 instead, heh.
Eric still hasn't figured that out.Yeah, I'm seeing the wisdom in not being around a mess of horses + their associated peoples.
BC is off the books then. Maybe Mountain Lion instead?Super early for Saturday is something like 5:30 at the trailhead (noting that sunrise is around 6). Might be hard to breathe with the cloud of smugness that will descend upon that area.BC might be OK from Pine Valley -> up Buck, Raspberry Ridge, Blackjack, Homestead, Strawberry?
Equestrian event usually doesn't use any of those trails, IIRC.
