How do you like those Avids? Almost got a set myself...Originally posted by Chachi
My V10.
The adjustability rules (lever reach and contact point). The feeling is somewhere between Hayes and XT's. I don't have any idea how they actually work since I haven't ridden on them yet. Full report to come later.....Originally posted by JRogers

Thanks, but the only think is the res. on the shock hits the down tube. It's weighing in at 32lbs but when I change the BB to ti, new cranks, stem, air shock and maybe new wheels, I'll be at like 27lbs. DH will be at 36lbs.Originally posted by stoney98
Juan-
That thing looks absolutely ill!
It hits the top tube then, and it doesn't fit back ward either.Originally posted by CBJ
Then move the shock up side down, I would think that would work. It a good looking bike.

as I said, I might be able to tune it for a bit more performance but it already feels much nicer than the stock Fox did. It is "softer" inintially and ramps up smoother (more progressive) and it seems to round out harsh edges. So I would say I like it a lot. I hope to tune it a bit more very soon, especially now that the weather is so nice.Originally posted by seismic
