So, this has actually been on my to-do list for a while now. Liquid Bikes basically started on Ridemonkey with the support and "feedback" from the RM community.... so I feel a thread about our new frames is long overdue.
For those that don't know anything about Liquid, feel free to catch up on...

So we've finally got the new website up and running. It features the Liquid Dirt blog, a product page, a media page, and a fully functional store!
Thanks again to everyone on RM for your support and help with this project. And thanks a ton to those of you that...
Thought I'd share this. Nothing too wild, but it was fun little session we had at my old stomping grounds. JJMF is  for doing flips up there... if you saw the jumps and the gravel that they are made of, you'd think its the last place in the world you'd see a flip.
Check it out on...
Alright, I need your help! We still haven't decided on a name for the frame, yet. The company name is Liquid Bicycle Co. Here are some of the ideas for frame name:
Feedback - because of the "I need some feedback" thread that started it all
The Blastcat - cuz I like it
The Haggerty -...
New edit I put together with some footage out at Koala. Riders are Brett Auerbach, Eliot Jackson, Jake Kinney, and myself. Song is "Methods" by Charizma & Peanut Butter Wolf.
Watch it on Vimeo if you want to see it in HD...

Check out my first edit on my new video camera. I couldn't figure out how to get the the vimeo tags/embedding to work, but you can check it in HD right here...

Let me know what you think!
Edit: The vimeo tags are more simple than I thought... thanks SD! I...
So, I finally received the new prototype cruiser frames. Those of you that have been following this thread know that it's been a long process, but it feels great to finally have my dream frame!! The weight on these are right at five and a half pounds. There are few little things I want to do...
We finally got some much needed rain in so cal. We took advantage and cleaned up our forever dry trails. Some friends came up from San Diego yesterday and we had a cool sesh. Here are some pics.

After a super long wait, I finally have my Simple up and running again. It now has a custom S&M/Blkmrkt contraband fork, 460 mm a2c, raw. I was sick of buying, breaking, and messing with suspension forks. Plus, I've been riding my bmx so much lately that I realized I don't need suspension...
stole my bike. At the trails no less (not our trails, some friends' spot). We were checking out another area at the trails and left our bikes and stuff in the main part. Came back, and my Stricker was gone. Everything else was still there. So, that's pretty lame.
The good news is, my buddy...
So, if I were to start a bike company and the first thing we offered was a progressive geo dirt/park/street (OK, mostly dirt :)) bmx cruiser frame... do you think there would be any interest in that? Would you consider buying such a frame? How much would you be willing to pay for it?
I'm...
I was going to respond in the next level thread, but instead of cluttering up the raddest thread alive, lets start a new thread. We have definitely talked about bmx vs mtb (I hate calling it "vs") before, but lets do it again because why not? It's teh internets.
Here's a quick recap:

Can it be done? I just busted up my 2nd Gold Label and need a new fork. I'm thinking about picking up the Black Market rigid, but it has 3/8" (10mm) dropouts. I don't really want to buy a new front hub. What are my options?
So, I was ordering a deluxe breakfast from Mickey D's and I see a bmxer on the bag. It's Donny Robinson. I guess he's on a cup, too. BMX is officially big time. I pumped to see it in the games. Makes me wish I was still racing.

Here's a short little clip put together by Potato Grande. The footage was taken over the past few weeks out at our trails. We hope to do more edits like this fairly often with different spots and riders from around California. Let us know what you think.

I just got back and I'm still recovering from a crazy weekend in San Diego. Tater got a bunch of rad pics that we will have posted on Liquid Dirt, eventually. Check out www.thrashbike.com for links to more pics and vids and stuff.
I just saw this post on Carter's blog about the 2008 Extreme Thing that went down in Vegas this past weekend. The comp was open to all wheel sizes and a few big wheel guys held their own with the 20s. C-Mac took 4th. This is pretty rad, IMO. There should be more comps like this.
There's a...
I recently switched to Firefox from IE Explorer, but now I can't see page numbers next to threads (i.e. "12345... last page"). When I open RM in IE Explorer, they are still there. Also, when I do get to a last page in Firefox, the posts are out of order. Any ideas on how to get things working...
