After many test with Rock shox Vivid Air I believe that the air is superior in big square hit absorption and give a smoothness superior to the coil model…probably due to the compressive nature of the air which tends to delay the response of the hit and so to give lower vertical...
High and low speed compression on the upper side, rebound on the lower.
-Better responce on high frequency imput (less unsprung weight)
-probably a better bleed for the cartridge with the bladder on the upper side like new FIT 32.
Just my opinion
I am 1,79 , so both M or Large size could be a good option....
I talked with Cesar Rojo and he suggeted me a Medium and I believe that for me is the correct choice because with the cups on -1 degrees (62°) and the chainstay on 440mm, the wheellbase is exactly 1185mm that is a very spot on...
I am testing different bars and stems options (50mm integrated, 60mm -0°, 70mm -10°) in way to realize the best position for my riding style....then il'll cut the steerer tube.

I have mistaken something?
@ dhkid: Thanks for the support.
I concord with Dhkid. Leverage ratio is more important than type of linkage so Commencal is similar to Sunday in the speed shaft of the shock so I decided to sold my Roco because also with Red Line 2,5 was still overdamped. I bought a DHX 5.0 2007. Tried last week and it was very very good...
