It's snowing again here, but supposed to turn to rain later. This winter has been shit and it can go fuck itself.

*It's a rental that I've put a deposit on.
Its doing this now. It snowed just over an inch this morning and now it is pissing rain. Its above freezing here, so its not too slippery out. BUT, if the temperature dips 1-2 degree, MAN-O-MAN is this going to be a hilarious drive home.

So I got the books to start my CRPC accreditation last night. They say that I need a specific financial calculator (HP 10Bii) for it. It's only $30, but I don't really want to spend the money given I have a much nicer HP 12c. Only problem is that all of the walk-through examples are the format of the cheaper one. Really quite frustrating.
MEH, potential long form deduction?

Ha. The 12c is a powerhouse but weird to use. I liked the 10b better. My boss still cracks open his 12c to double check formulas in Excel.

That works for me. The Polish logic spins me around often, but damn it's a good calculator.

10 mile run this AM, and I swear to teh FSM, no matter what direction I was going, I had a head wind, and it's definitely not because I'm that fast. Sometimes, Colorado, you can go fuck yourself.

^ perfect February race weather!
When I did the Rock Creek Half in Pueblo, it was 8, and trying to snow. I loved it, but man, when you finished, you took a quick picture then got the fuck inside before you froze to death.

Where are the Ice Giants?
I know who I'm voting for.
Speaking of, I attended a rally last night for the socialist Jew not named Jesus. Somehow I wound up a precinct captain for the caucus and I'm canvasing tomorrow. Take that, Odin!

So Kona side? If Hilo, find a local, get thee to Puna and find red stuff at night.
Yeah, Waikoloa Village, so just north of Kona. I've seen the lava and the kids are too young to really appreciate it. They'll appreciate being on a beach, riding a little tram around, etc.

My grip is great but I can't lean on my arm or twist my wrist enough. My humorous is still soft and not weight supporting. I did sneak out for a 3 mile orchard spin on Sunday but my bad arm was in my sweatshirt pouch. Not conducive for schralping dirt ribbons I am afraid.

I hadn't thought about supporting weight... arms are important that way.

Yes, you may. :)
I have a 1:00 meeting, then I am blowing this popsicle stand. The sun is out and the rain doesn't come back until Friday. I need to be outside.

On a lighter note, I am going to check out a soccer camp for kids that needs help tonight. My neighbors kids want to play but hate the coach. I might coach as well as help out with the skills camp they put on Mon/Wed nights at the local high school. I can't play anymore, but it would be cool to help foster some kids who might end up digging it like I did growing up.

I'm not a fan of asshole coaches to 8 year olds, kids should have fun while they learn.

One of the towns plow trucks just went down my street, with the plow down. Its been raining for the past 7+ hours. There isn't anymore snow out there bud!

Also whatever they sprayed on the freeway, made driving home an absolute nightmare. Every time that my wipers turned on, they just smeared whatever it is into a film on the windshield. I could see better without the wipers...

Fixed for you!
I also love tacos. My stomach is polyamorous.

That's a little vague. Kind of like saying, "I love bikes". Unless of course you love all sandwiches. I certainly don't love all bikes and I bet there is at least one sandwich you probably don't love, possibly even hate.

So do us all a favor and be a little more specific please.
There's a deli near my work that makes the best BLAT (bacon lettuce and tomato with avocado on sliced wheat) I've ever eaten. Bacon is always thick and crispy, lettuce and avocado are always fresh, and the tomatoes are always juicy and flavorful. That sandwich made my day. I've been stoked on life all afternoon.

I don't know if I've ever met a sandwich with quality ingredients that I hate. Shitty ingredients are just about the only thing that could make me hate a sammy.
