Yuppers, weather was actually nice today, and some actually rode

The struggle (to finish all of the ice cream) is real...

We definitely hit crazy rain at times but not too bad.
I passed Dana on the way home. Visbility was a couple hundred yards or less at times. Driving by the lights in front of me. It wasn't TOO bad until I passed through Franconia notch. Thought it would get better, but then I was getting intense wind from one side....then the other direction. Got through there ASAP and saw some spinny clouds at the base of cannon. Otherwise it was just heavy rain but still...not fun.

Sad I missed Sunday riding, happy I went.

People actually rode Sunday?? I didn't think that was a possibility. I am bummed we didn't get that fourth day of riding.

We headed home at 5:30 AM and the rain wasn't that bad during the drive. It was torrential after we got home. We timed that well.

We did ride Sunday!!!
breakfast then chilling for a bit, shopping in town, quick lunch at the lodge while things cleared up. Then to Dirt church for a flight and it was beautiful so SqEarl,DJ & I got a nice ride on Darling hill in (courtesy of our shuttle drivers!!!) then it was down to the tiki bar while it rained and back to the lodge for Dinner.

I am technically still on my MF journey home the slow way (intermittent travel) via Schroon Lake / Albany and back to SL this weekend.

Last bike ride (20 miles of hilly roads) yesterday.

One more night in NYC and Newark and then germ tube back Thursday.

It was nice to visit the East Coast in summer for a change, but fuck that humidity shit...
