That dude still surprises me in not being able to keep his frame sponsors...
Or YT is planing to get in the american market.
part of me secretly think cam has a secret goal of being sponsored by as many frame companies as possible during his career.

what's the list standing at now?

Haha, yes, mabe it's that:D
So let's start the listing:

  1. Felt bikes
  2. Corsair
  3. Evil (still on a Corsair Slopestyle bike)
  4. Hyper (still on a Corsair Slopestyle bike until last year's Crankworx)
  5. YT

What was before that?

I hope the kickass prices remain intact
Prices for next year's Tues vary between 3.200€ and 2.200€.
That raw and green frames are reallyreally good looking:think:

He was an original on the Syndicate with Kirt Voreis.

I don't mind people changing sponsors, especially if it allows them to get a better standard of life for risking their necks day in day out.

however the endless. "I'm so glad to be on _________, they're the best bikes and the team is the best in the game" is unbearable.

He won Crankworx on a Haro one year, it was in one of the NWD movies. Fun fact, for a period of time I owned Cam's Santa Cruz Chameleon, back when Diety had just popped up and White bikes were all the rage. Even as he was trying to sell me the bike he couldn't help but talk about how crappy of a company it was ;)

Biggest team transfer news you're likely to hear this year:

Real American hero Charlie Sponsel has made the departure from DH sponsor Diamondback to ride Enduro for Felt.

Shame he didn't make it on a worlds DH level, would be refreshing to have someone who calls people's bull**** on a larger stage.

The better news there is that the Wallners have a proper frame sponsor again, it wasn't pretty seeing them on Da Bomb frames last year

Sink was with the syndicate back in 2003, 2004 and maybe 2005? then haro.
I had the pleasure of walking down half of the track at snowshoe with him when both of our bikes were so caked with mud they wouldn't roll no matter how steep the hill was.

Graves is drinking up all the Yeti DH money. Would be a real shame for Yeti to lose Graves, but an even bigger shame that yeti are losing their DH presence.

Sucks for Rude too, surprised he went to Enduro - I wonder if he looked for other DH sponsors?

IMO, this is beyond lame. Does this mean no DH for Rude this year? Just trenduro for him? Its a shame to see a company with as deep of DH roots go this route.

We gave Richie a few choices, and he chose to focus solely on enduro for this season. Who knows what the future will bring, but I for one am excited to see a young guy with that much horsepower take on the best enduro racers in the world. Can't wait for the 2014 EWS to start!!

Graves to the higher-ups after this past season: "Pay me."
and yeti to themselves, "how can we sell more bikes, and which bikes are we most likely to sell?"

trail/enduro is the market ($) these days, makes perfect sense to focus your race program there.

yeti has been really good to him since he joined them. and richie has a really diverse riding & racing background, he used to race BMX, and did pretty good from what i've heard.

that being said, you gotta read between the lines in the PR speak. They said they are focusing on enduro. They did not say they are focusing solely on enduro. Which doesn't preclude an appearance at a DH event, if the scheduling works in its favor I reckon.

Well Jon, they have:

For the 2014 racing season, Yeti Cycles will focus their international race efforts solely on the Enduro World Series with a fully supported team that includes 2013 EWS 2nd Place Overall and DH World Championship Bronze medalist Jared Graves and 2013 Junior DH World Champion Richie Rude.
Sad but true.

Yes, Graves has already said he's racing the Cairns World Cup and on a DH bike.
