The bunker at parliament
Interesting the language they used in their statement.
As in it's "national government" type language?
They have control of the area, is this the start of a pivot into effective statehood?

"A whopping 80% of SVB’s domestic deposits at the end of 2022 were uninsured, reports say, more than First Republic’s 70% and the median midsized bank’s 55%. "

there's really so much LOL in that background

The firm made a notorious 1% interest mortgage loan to Mark Zuckerburg in 2012 and markets “Early,” “Growth” and “Mature” stage products for “innovators.”

Good. Guns and alcohol (drunk people) dont belong on planes.
There are no guns on planes, and some of us can hold our liquor, bro. Being cooped up in a hypoxic aluminium tube with 300 mouth breathers is the perfect time to be pleasantly sedated IMO.

Take a Benadryl then. Its not worth the risk of passenger fights and altercations.

where the trails are
i just flew in/out of MSP and was surprised to see a big sign outside of security saying basically "whoa partner, let's make sure you don't accidently have a loaded firearm before you cross this line!" .

Airlines aren’t supposed to fly drunk people by regulation…but that just becomes how well you can fake it while bording. Im sure there are some altercations where alcohol isn’t involved…but the vast majority of incidents on planes…and I mean vast, do. Passenger altercations have been getting more and more out of control.

This also belongs in the real estate thread, but this is not doom and gloom, it’s a big win for the tiny ass town of Bondurant, which Ricketts has tried to steamroll.

:stupid:

Even at my tiny, backwater, sleepy airport, at LEAST once a week cspd is "escorting" a belligerent drunk off the premises who was denied boarding.

when traveling for a past job i would board drunk probably 50% of the time. they probably didn't suspect anything because instead of acting like an asshole i just sat down and minded my own fucking business. also it was usually 9 in the morning.

Ok, how about in states with some elevation change?

But this is a good start.
I don’t give a *uck how fast the people behind me want to go if im in the left lane. As long as im going at or above the speed limit and either passing a car on the right (no matter how slowly) or blocked…people behind me can eat a dick.

I don’t agree. Left lane is for passing ONLY. Think autobahn. It’s the only civilized way. Except in RH drive countries, obviously.
I make a point to flick my high beams at every motherfucker going too slow in the left lane, where did these selfish cunts learn to drive? And guess what, cops feel the same way.

Sounds reasonable - if you're passing, then getting back right when possible, there are no problems. Hell - even if you're going *below* the speed limit but are passing and are unable to get right, I've got no problems.

But those aren't the drivers we're talking about here.

And testing/training is the right way. Thats our big goddamn problem.
