correct me if i'm wrong, but wasn't he already found liable for the core charge? and this trial is to decide on the remaining charges as well as damages?
I thought it was just to determine damages, and decide if the State can reclaim any/all profits generated by the fraud.

I know it will most likely never happen but D2S getting handcuffed and escorted out of the courtroom is something I’d love to watch. Perhaps we will have a chance when he gets to the criminal court. He should be completely off his rocker by then.
