singles-peed? Sounds like a kinky online dating service.
Is it Santa? Oh wait... Jesus, maybe? Who?Someone is conspicuously absent from this thread...
I learned something from a couple years ago that silence from him means 100% confirmation. Seriously.Someone is conspicuously absent from this thread...
Funny, I had thought it was Turner from the get go and when you posted this I thought, "Yep, he's on to something.."I learned something from a couple years ago that silence from him means 100% confirmation. Seriously.
It was pretty obvious DW was going to Turner when neither him nor DT denied it or even replied to any question about it.
Watch out, you might break your arm patting yourself on the back so hard there.Back in the year 2000 I coined a term “chain retention system.” I felt like the new chain device that I had designed really wasn’t adequately described by the commonly used term “chainguide.”
No, its marketing Without an ego you cant really market youself. And he is kinda right. e13 chainguides and their ripoffs have a huge part of the market. From http://e13bythehive.com/dw/

No, but seriously, that's quite an ego, and trust me, I know egos.
Whatevs. I still use my BB mount MRP system 2 with an Al bashguard. Not much different from what they were making 7-8 years ago I believe. It's bent to hell and still has never ever EVER dropped a chain. And it literally took ZERO assembly or alignment (aside from the occasional kicking it after I ram into a rock). Can't say the same for some of the e-13's I've seen. And that lg-1 has to be the worst design for any DH bike that ever sees a rock. No, its marketing Without an ego you cant really market youself. can't say that I agree with you there. my BB height is just under 13.5" and I run an LG1... haven't had an issue yet.Whatevs. I still use my BB mount MRP system 2 with an Al bashguard. Honestly man, I just haven't had the time for internet forums lately. Check the records, but I don't think I've posted here on RideMonkey or on MTBR for about a month, at least not too much. Just too much to do with all of the e*thirteen transition stuff. Add to that that I have SIXTEEN (that's a lot for me) new bike models to test and certify suspension and develop shock tunes on over the next three months, I'm running around like a madman over here..I learned something from a couple years ago that silence from him means 100% confirmation. I'm sorry, but do we know each other? Please, jog my memory because you seem to have some pretty strong opinions about me and I can only guess that you and I have met and that I must have wronged you somehow in the past. If I did, I am truly sorry for that. From http://e13bythehive.com/dw/

That's high praise and I appreciate it, but honestly man, I've got to be the worst salesman/marketer in the bike business.a good friend of mine once said "dw is the best salesman engineer in the bike business..."
true, isn't it?

Nah, just the whole bike industry cracks me up, constantly. e-13 in particular. It has sorta this apple/steve jobs fan-boi thing going on (That's a compliment to you I think?). And I just find it REALLY hilarious. I feel like there needs to be a little balance on these forums to the people constantly e-jerking you off.I'm sorry, but do we know each other?
