Patience, grasshopper. Krispy is typing as fast as he can (with two fingers).

I don't know if anybody on our team will be rocking the Fox yet, we're still pretty stoked on the 888 but these 40s look pretty good.

OK so i'm going to take over for James since i gotz the knowledge on this here thingy.
-6lbs 13oz / 3090grams full lenght steerer.
-NOT full oil bath! Splash bath of 40cc's oil that is "hydordynamic lubrication" which is "force fed into the tall slotted bushings when compressed"
-Sealed damper.no info on that other than that there is a maintenence chart for changing oil and only the splash bath is mentioned.
-An internally adjustable hydraulic bottoming that is factory set and factory tuneable.This is aside from the hi/lo external compression adjustments.
-A-C 22.75" /575mm with 210mm stanction showing,203mm travel setting.
-Adjustable in1/2" increments,6-8".Very minor dissasembly required.
-Legs are Easton EA70optimized internally,no grooves otr recesses on outside of tube between crowns.Steerer is also EA 70.
-Max tire size 2.8. Peak tire dia 694mm / 27.3".Max edge width 670mm / 26.4".If the tire is larger than 2.6 measurements must be checked by the rider!!!
-Ti spring standard,2 extra springs(steel) included in soft and firm.5 total springs available.The middle medium one is the only Ti one available.
-External preload
-Not black.

We got 2 today and 3 are coming most of which are sold.
Krispy says YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gahh, and I had practically decided not to get a new fork. I'm stoked to hear that the travel change requires minimal effort. As I redo my budget, ffs.

ok, ive seen to many good things on this site today, between a nearly completely carbon fiber road bike, and some sweet m3's, and now this 40... i dont think im gonna sleep tonight, thanks guys

Some A-C updates=
If you are running a 2.5 it can be lowered til the crown hits the seal and it id just UNDER 22.5"!
installing a Michy 2.8 now

Mich Daddy fits too!(with crowns lowered all the way) pic on the way...
You could run a bigger if you raise the forks in the crowns a bit.

Also there is a drop crown coming out for large head tubes.The flat one fits up to 165mm total stack,and the drop crown fits up to 181mm.

oh and a dope lookin fork as well. too bad i dont have more confidence in fox after the nighmares i had with my 125 rlc.

The wedding part takes away the bling factor somehow...
