well if you read half the things mentioned in this thread you would go with the faith, freeridable, but with the links flipped, a race machine. it's lighter than the glory also, always a plus
That is total BS. The stock faith 2 with a coil boxxer is something like 45-46 lbs. The frame is around 12 and a half pounds, there is NO way you are going to get a near 40lb bike without really light stuff. So is this a load of cobblers then? dales cycles has the faith weighing just over 40lb....
what is stupid? the bike? And if you had read the web page, the stupid thing is ACTUALLY 2,650 pounds
That is the Faith I have. Throw on a E13 DRS, azonic X frames and Maxxis High roller 2.7 on front and you get 44 pounds. So is this a load of cobblers then? dales cycles has the faith weighing just over 40lb....
It doesn't void the warranty. Giant wouldn't know you had the links flipped if you sent it in for warranty with the links in the stock position. The rear travel may decrease by a fraction of an inch, but not enough to notice.yea, stress on the headtube would be the only thing i see that would be their concern, and it does void the waruntee. does is change the rear travel when you flip the links?
no ****ing way, with all that evolve dh stuff on there, there is no way, im calling BSSo is this a load of cobblers then? dales cycles has the faith weighing just over 40lb....
