I'm 100% fully ok with this. As a matter of fact, I think that the ONLY guns you should be allowed to own should be ones that you created yourself...
you should have to drill, ream, and rifle your own barrel. those who do so poorly will get darwin'd.

They will be stopped and not get anywhere, but good on them for giving it a go.
Useless lawsuit but I'm sure it's meant to send a message rather than get a settlement.
They should really be suing the health officials than repeatedly dropped the ball re: Lanza but that doesn't make good anti-gun headlines.
Having a mentally ill brother I know firsthand how fucked/broken that system is.
Ran into one of my clients recently, whose grandchild was killed at Sandy Hook, and the amount of devastation you could see in his eyes was heart-breaking. Somethings got to change.
