New maps seem pretty good, that one really is just like wizard except with an assload of shotguns.

Right now I play about 1-2 times a week on my friend joe and pat's SMACKONYA account. Note if you ever find them you'll know who's playing really easily, Joe and I both are pretty good, running easily with the 15-18 level players... Pat is about a 10 on a really good day.

I am running XBL on a DSL line, albeit a ridiculously fast business line. I can play without a hickup as long as I am not torrenting things at 800k in the background.
XBL on H2 plays well with most broadband, it selects the player with the best speed and pings as "host" in each match.
That said, I'd pick D/L speed vs. cost and decide from there. XBL works fine on both cable and dsl. If you live in the middle of town, you probably have good dsl options.

PLayed the new games..they are fun. New levels in matchmaking ROCKS. Being a 1 is fun as hell, so far i have destroyed 7 other guys, and then got my ass handed to me.
I dunno how much I like the 2 vs 2 games, they kind of seem like the perfect thing for people who are weapon whores...I think they should edit out the sniper and launcher on lvls when playing 2v2 games, but thats just my 2 cents

Everything is the perfect game for weapon whores because the weapons always spawn at the same place... basically everyone knows where they are so they are going for them, the person who spawns closest to the big weapon is like "booyah, I'm close to the RL"... game over. It would change things a bit if they had random spawning points for the weapons. That way no one would ever know and it would put a little more skill into the game methinks.GumbaFish said:

Like the other day I played a 2v2 on beaver creek and right off the bat they got rl and snipe and just destroyed us because we couldn't even move without getting killed. All I know is I love the new gametypes where it is like capture the flag battle rifle, especially on burial mounds.
