'Morning, brotacos! Work from home day and I've got two runs on the schedule. Got the hard 9 miler done early and will get the other easier one done after work. I wasn't feeling well yesterday but seem to be fine this morning.
Got the results of my latest blood test and all of my low counts have gotten lower even after cutting back on my acid reflux meds and upping my iron. I am guessing the anemia is just something I'll have to live with. I did test negative for HIV, so at least I've got that going for me. Doc said he may give me an IV if my numbers don't go up, and I am thinking he should give me that IV a day or two before the Boston Marathon....for health reasons.

almost forgot this thrilling news, I did meet up with Stoney and the youngest Stone for dinner and to lend him my Leatt. We let his 5yo daughter pick the place , so we had pancakes. She's already smarter than her Dad.
