I've only had 'craft' beer in Ensenada, BC and it was pretty 'meh' but I will report back on this place. I don't know if it's a gringo running the show at Los Muertos or what, but the head brewer did an apprenticeship at Coopersmith's in Fort Collins... and they have pretty dang good beer.
