I was introduced to prosciutto when working in Brazil. The hotel salad bar had it in unlimited supply. Would make giant sandwiches with some fresh mozzarella and tomatoes. It wasn't until I thought about making them at home that I was eating about $100 worth each day.It's a staple in our fridge.

Yeah - generally prosciutto is used sparingly, 'cause it's a pretty strong flavor and costs a bundle.

I'm going to. Had to get a Torx external socket set, need to disconnect battery so as to avoid triggering all the airbag crap.

The ride is done though, 16.63 miles (cut back from a planned 20) 11 single track 5.5 access road because I bailed. 2:27 at 6.7 with 1531 gain according to the garmins. More tired than I want to be.
