im his friend and after getting airlifted he was diagnosed with a very bad concussion and is taking very periodic trips to the doctors office... other than that he should be back on the bike in a few weeks

That was a very technical section, I came across another rider down in the same location, he lost his rear brake half way down the steep chute. Luckily he was stunned but ok and later raced.
