Oatmeal with bananna. Easy to digest and gives good energy. Coffee or a shot of espresso to get some more energy. Then a cytomax and bananna before the run. And lots of water all weekend.
Oatmeal, Banana, and some berries. Plenty of water maybe some gatoraide. Coffee, least three cupps, and some type of Nutrition bar to balance it out a bit.
But to be real your meal the night before has alot to do with race day also. Some kind of pasta for me... usually a fair amount. Side of garlic bread. And some b'complex Vitamins, not a huge dose but enough to make as much of your fuel do as much as possible<Energy wize>.
