Sauteed the shrimp in a little butter and garlic then added Teriyaki sauce and diced habanero and did a reduction. Steamed white corn tortillas with a light smear of refried black beans, topped with lettuce, red onion, The shrimp, aged organic cheddar, and ghost pepper salsa. so good

(veggies roasted just enough to not be raw/too crunchy with a smidge of olive oil, s&p, smoked paprika, and garlic)
