Is it a weird art project kinda thing?
description says that thing is for a 5ft rider. But with that seat tube angle the saddle is going to hit the rear tyre before it reaches full drop?.

There's no way this DJ bike wasn't designed intentionally just to look this wrong with no actual meaningful reasons for any of it's quirks
