I made apple turnovers for dessert yesterday and served them on ice cream and whipped cream.'
Not only did I burn the Pizza. The fucking Crostini came out awful also. Made BLT's and Chili dogs for the kids..
Walleye is to expensive around here. We get Haddock wicked cheap here.
Believe that's what I had around those parts, was decent. Round these parts it's either lingcod, rockfish or halibut.
Haddock is my fave. I'll take an order please.

I like Brown Trout better. In a pan with Shallots Butter and Sherry. Served on top of wilted fresh chard done in the same pan. To each his own however. You need to serve proper fish and chips with Mushy Peas like my Mom used to make also...
Fresh, on the aide of the river is best....
I have a whole setup just for that purpose.
