Sure, but would it be much different than a deep-fried napkin with cheddar on an onion roll with James River BBQ sauce?
It depends if you're using BarS or Oscar Mayer Bologna. I use a high-quality Zweigles Bologna. I can assure you it doesn't taste like a deep-fried Napkin. The hard part is to get the deli to cut a big enough slab. It needs to be at least 3/4 of an inch thick or it curls up.
