The messican army's tactics are to shoot out all the tires. The couple I've seen have plenty of bullet holes in the wheels/rotors and around the quarter panels, they strip the rigs of anything worth of value and then burn them in place.

you would not get me near those waves. I'd be up on the bluff watching with binoculars. I body surfed not surfed and my limit was 10 feet (less at the Wedge).
