I live in Poland and I ride to work on a bear. Googles are still relevant. Contacts, sensitive eyes, mass start (also australia is nothing to a MASS START in a dustry place. 3m of trail visible)

goggles + xc lid for the win here.
ever been slapped by a branch with sunglasses?

goggles provide better protection; plus they stay in place better than most sunglasses.

Hahaha cool, how fast can the bear go? Yeah fair enough there are probably places this setup works well but on a line of dirt jumps probably isnt' one of the places you need a half lid and goggles.
