My brother did that...severed a tendon to his thumb. Took a metric ton of micro surgery and a year of physical therapy before he was close to normal again. I told him I have a machete, could have finished the job for him for half the $$...

Harbor operations? That barge is heading east to Cohoes NY from Dearborn MI via welland. Chi ching! For the next six months she will be going from Chelsea to Portland with barges of Fuel Oil.
